Coen Bezuidenhout enjoyed a distinguished diplomatic career, serving in London, Washington DC, and The Hague, where he held the position of Charge d’Affairs. During his time abroad, his heart always longed for the vibrant lifestyle, natural beauty, and strong sense of community that South Africa uniquely offers. He made a bold decision 23 years ago to follow his passion for real estate, and he hasn't looked back since.

He earned his Master Practitioner of Real Estate status while owning and managing internationally acclaimed real estate agencies in Plettenberg Bay, Knysna and Sedgefield along the Garden Route. Always seeking new challenges to apply his extensive skills in people management, sales and negotiation he embarked on a new venture that combined professional fulfilment with personal enjoyment… Cape Living Properties was born.
